Amit Rathi is an Indian entrepreneur and finance professional, known as the co-founder of QiCAP.AI, a quantitative multi-asset trading and investment platform focused on data-driven strategies in financial markets.
He belongs to the promoter family of Anand Rathi Financial Services and earlier served as a non-executive director at Anand Rathi Wealth before stepping down in 2022 to pursue entrepreneurial ventures in the fintech and trading space.
Rathi is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business. He has been involved in capital markets, investment banking, and financial services for several years, including helping build the investment banking division of the Anand Rathi Group before founding QiCAP and related ventures such as QI Brokerage.

Sandeep Aggarwal is an Indian serial entrepreneur and technology leader, best known as the founder and CEO of Droom, an AI-driven online marketplace for buying and selling automobiles. He launched Droom in 2014 to create a digital platform that enables transparent and convenient transactions for new and used vehicles.
Aggarwal is also the co-founder of ShopClues, one of India’s early e-commerce marketplaces, which became a consumer internet unicorn. Before becoming an entrepreneur, he spent over a decade working in the technology and finance sectors, including roles at Microsoft, Citigroup, Oppenheimer & Co., and Collins Stewart as an internet equity research analyst covering global technology companies.
He holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and has more than two decades of experience in internet, e-commerce, and technology businesses. Aggarwal is also an angel investor, author of the book “Fall Again Rise Again,” and an active supporter of India’s startup ecosystem.
